DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BVT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for THE BIDVEST GROUP
LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (BVT) and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to THE BIDVEST GROUP LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (BVT) the Trustees of the
Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 280 cents per BVTNIH
share instalment that is payable on Monday, 16 April 2012. The payment will be
rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Wednesday, 04 April 2012. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Thursday, 05 April 2012, the
record date will be Friday, 13 April 2012.
