DECLARATION OF A SPECIAL DIVIDEND
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 21 February 2012 wherein
the directors of O-line indicated that as part of the OBO Bettermann Offer,
there will be a special dividend of 3 cents per O-line share, on or prior to
the Implementation Date.
The directors of O-Line are pleased to announce that they have, subject to
Reserve Bank approval declared a special dividend of 3 cents per share as
part of the OBO Bettermann Offer.
The salient dates are as follows:
Last day to trade cum the special Thursday , 29 March 2012

Ordinary shares commence trading ex the Friday, 30 March 2012

Special dividend record date Thursday, 5 April 2012
Payment date of special dividend Monday, 10 April 2012
Ordinary share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised
between Friday, 30 March 2012 and Thursday, 5 April 2012, both days
inclusive.
