CHANGE OF SECTOR CLASSIFICATION
Following the recent FTSE/JSE sector classification reviews, Village Main Reef
Limited`s ("the Company") shareholders are advised that the Company has been
reclassified from the Mining - Platinum & Precious Metals subsector (1779) to
the Mining - Gold Mining subsector (1777). The effective date for the change
will be 19 March 2012.
