SALE OF NEDBANK GROUP LIMITED SHARES BY A PDMR
Mr M W T Brown, Chief Executive of Nedbank Group Limited and a member of the
Group Executive Committee of Old Mutual plc, sold 25,333 Nedbank Group Limited
shares on 16 March 2012 in order to fund the income tax due in respect of the
vesting of a restricted share award over 66 015 Nedbank Group Limited shares
originally granted on 4 March 2009 as follows:

Mr Brown now holds 272,062 restricted shares, granted under the Nedbank Group
(2005) share option, matched share and restricted share scheme and 125,960

committed in respect of the compulsory bonus deferral scheme and 19,635 shares
have been committed in respect of the Matched Share Scheme.
