RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of SecureData
held on Tuesday, 20 March 2012, all the resolutions set out in the notice of
annual general meeting were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders, with the exception of the resolution relating to the re-
election of Mr Tsediso Gcabashe, which was withdrawn prior to the annual
general meeting due to him passing away on the 24 February 2012.
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Companies
and Intellectual Property Registration Office where applicable.
