hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification in the
prescribed form of the following movement in securities of the Company:
Regarding Capital Management (Proprietary) Limited ("Regarding Capital
Management") on behalf its clients has acquired an interest in securities in
the Company such that the total interest in the securities of the Company
held by Regarding Capital Management amounts to 10.09% of the total issued
share capital of the Company.
