DISCLOSURE OF SALE OF SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification of the
following movement in securities of the Company:
Incubex Minerals Limited ("Incubex"), in terms of an undertaking made by them at
the time of the purchase of their interest in the company, has disposed of
17,647,058 shares, representing 6.20%, to Discount Toy Cash and Carry CC.
Incubex`s remaining total interest in the securities of the Company amounts to
17.84% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
