DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Following the previous announcement detailing a possible quarterly distribution
by RMB Top 40 Exchange Traded Fund to holders of RMB Top 40 Securities, the
manager and trustees (namely RMB CIS MANCO (Pty) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited)
have resolved to make a quarterly distribution to holders of RMB Top 40
securities for the quarter ended 31 March 2012. The distribution will:
* amount to 24.29 cents (R0.2429) per RMB Top 40 security;
* be constituted 23.44 cents (R0.2344) in respect of dividends
* and 0.85 cents (R0.0085) in respect of other income;
* be made to all holders of RMB Top 40 securities recorded in the register on
30 March 2012; and
* be effected on 04 April 2012.
