are hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification in the
prescribed form that Foord Asset Management (Pty) Ltd has acquired
beneficial interest in the securities of the Company, such that the total
interest in the securities of the Company held collectively by Foord Asset
Management (Pty) Ltd has increased to 10.31% of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
