CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
1 In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby informed of the following changes to the Board
of directors of Dorbyl ("the Board"):
1.1 The appointment of Mr. Jacques Badenhorst as an Independent Non-
Executive director, with effect from 22 March 2012. Jacques is a
qualified CA(SA). His past experiences include being a bank
analyst at ABN Amro Securities and at JP Morgan. Jacques also
served as Executive-Strategy and Planning at ABSA Bank and was
subsequently the co-founder of Toad Capital, a corporate finance
and financial advisory firm. During his career, Jacques has gained
extensive experience in working at executive and board level,
industry and business analysis, evaluation and strategy
formulation. The Board would like to welcome Jacques and believe
that his addition will provide the Group with substantial
expertise and invaluable experience.
1.2 The resignation of Mr. Jan Willem Dreyer, as non- executive
director, with effect from 30 March 2012. The Board would like to
thank Jan for his valued contributions to the Company during his
tenure and wishes him all the best.
