TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings
Requirements, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon
as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period
to be reported on next will differ by at least 20% from those of the
previous corresponding period.
Top Fix shareholders are advised that for the 6 month period ended 31
December 2011 the company expects a loss per share of at least 27.4 cents
and headline loss per share of at least 0.3 cents compared to the earnings
per share and headline earnings per share of 5.4 cents reported for the
previous corresponding reporting period.
The difference between the earnings and headline earnings figures is due to
a R55 million impairment in the Scaffolding Division.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not
been reviewed or reported on by Top Fix`s auditors and the financial results
are expected to be published on or about 30 March 2012.
