CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Malcolm Segal has resigned as a Non-Executive
Director of the Company, effective 22 March 2012.
Malcolm was appointed as a Director of the Company on 6 September 2005 and,
following his resignation as an Executive Director, served on the Board as
NonExecutive Director from 1 November 2011.
The Board wishes to thank Malcolm for his contribution to the Company over the
past six and a half years as a director.
