NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 December 2011, posted on Thursday, 22 March 2012 are identical to the audited
results, which were published on SENS on Wednesday, 23 February 2012.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Mercantile will be
held at 12:30 on Wednesday, 23 April 2012 in the Boardroom, First Floor,
Mercantile Bank, 142 West Street, Sandown, Sandton. The notice of annual general
meeting is issued with the annual report, which contains the annual financial
statements of Mercantile for the year ended 31 December 2011. The annual report
is available on the Mercantile website, www.mercantile.co.za.
