CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
Shareholders are advised that following the Group`s exit from its international
OEM operations and return to a South African based business, Ian Scott-Gall
has advised the Board of his intention to resign as a non-executive director
with effect from 31 March 2012.
Mr. Scott-Gall has been an independent non-executive director, based in the
United Kingdom, since December 2009. His international experience was
justifiably valuable while the Group had offshore operations and he has been
an effective member of the Board and its Audit, Remuneration and Nomination
Committees.
The Board would like to thank Mr.Scott-Gall for his time and contribution to the
Group.
With the reduced size of the Group the Board has decided that it will not
replace Mr. Scott-Gall`s position on the Board in the immediate future.
