WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Following the announcement dated 16 March 2012 relating to the settlement of
litigation with former directors and officers, shareholders are advised that the
cautionary announcement is now withdrawn. Shareholders are accordingly no longer
required to exercise caution when dealing in their Seardel shares.
