Limited, the board of directors of R&E ("the Board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mrs. Motsehoa Brenda Madumise ("Brenda") has resigned as a
director of R&E and as a member of the audit committee with effect from 23
March 2012. The board of directors acknowledges Brenda`s valued contribution
to the Company.
