In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Cadiz Holdings Limited hereby advises shareholders that Mr. CA Hall and Mr. DM
Lawrence have, after serving as directors of Cadiz for 13 and 11 years
respectively, resigned as directors with affect from 26 March 2012.
The Cadiz board would like to thank both Mr. CA Hall and Mr. DM Lawrence for
their commitment and valuable contribution over the years.
Shareholders are furthermore advised that Ms AN Matyumza has been appointed as
Lead Independent Director.
