CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Further to the announcement released on SENS yesterday, shareholders are advised
that with effect from 26 March 2012, Mr DR Gain has resigned as financial
director and Mr R Cohen has been appointed as financial director in his stead.
Mr Cohen is an executive director and not a non-executive director as announced
yesterday. The position of Mr M S Teke as Chief Executive Officer of Optimum
Coal remains unchanged.
