APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of 1time ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Ms Kesebone Maema has been appointed as an independent non-executive
director of 1time with effect from 26 March 2012.
Kesebone, who majored in Communications and Industrial Psychology, holds a BA
degree and is currently the Head of Corporate Communication at the Industrial
Development Corporation of South Africa Limited ("the IDC"). With over 10 years
experience in advertising, public relations and the broader marketing and
communications environment, Kesebone has worked as a strategist in sectors
including telecommunications, tourism and financial services, while her
experience at the IDC has broadened her knowledge of sectors such as mining,
manufacturing, media and motion.
The Board welcomes Kesebone and looks forward to her contribution to the
Company.
