DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MND SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MONDI LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to MONDI LIMITED (MND)
the Trustees of the Share Installment Trust have declared a dividend amount
of 181.38548 cents per MNDNIF share installment that is payable on Thursday,
10 May 2012. The payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Wednesday, 04 April 2012. The Share
Installment will commence trading ex-dividend from Thursday, 05 April 2012.
The record date will be Friday, 13 April 2012.
