DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML) shares, the holders of OMLSTF share instalments will
receive a OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML) dividend of 3.50 GBp per Instalment. The rand /
GBp exchange rate will be declared by OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML) on the 4th April
2012.
Last date to trade cum dividend Friday, 13/04/2012
Ex-dividend Date Monday, 16/04/2012
Record Date Friday, 20/04/2012
