SPECIAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given that as a result of the Special Dividend declaration
relating to OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML) shares, the holders of OMLSTF share instalments
will receive a OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML) Special Dividend of 18.00 GBp per
Instalment. The rand / GBp exchange rate will be declared by OLD MUTUAL PLC
(OML) on the 4th April 2012.

Ex-Special Dividend Date Monday, 16/04/2012
