RESIGNATION TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Metair shareholders are advised that Prince B Molotlegi has resigned as a non-
executive director of the Company with effect from 27 March 2012.
Metair thanks Prince Molotlegi for the contribution that he has made to the
Company over the past 5 years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
