DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN CLICKS GROUP
In accordance with section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act and section 3.83 (b)
of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Coronation Asset
Management (Pty) Limited has acquired further ordinary shares in the company and
its total beneficial interest now amounts to 7.92% of the total number of shares
in issue.
Formal notification has been received from Coronation Asset Management and
Clicks Group has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
