In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
resignations and appointments effective 29 March 2012 are announced:
Directorate: Messrs C Jowell (non-executive), NI Jowell (non-executive) and DM
Nurek (independent non-executive) have resigned as directors and Mr Stanley
Francis Stubbs, Mr Gerhard Riaan Gous and Mr Faizel Cariem have been appointed
as independent non-executive directors of the Company.
Company Secretary: Trencor Services (Pty) Ltd has resigned as Secretaries to the
Company and Mr Zuko Aubrey Mgawuli has been appointed as Company Secretary of
the Company.
