NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF CASH DIVIDEND FOR THE SECOND QUARTER ENDING 31 MARCH

Notice is hereby given that a quarterly cash dividend of 1 cent per share
("the cash dividend") has been declared payable to shareholders recorded in
the share register of the Company at the close of business on Friday, 4 May
2012.
Shareholders` attention is drawn to the following important dates:

Last day to trade "cum" the cash Wednesday, 25 April
dividend ("LDT"):
Date trading commences "ex" the cash Thursday, 26 April
dividend:
Record date for payment of the cash Friday, 4 May
dividend:
Date of payment of the cash dividend: Monday, 7 May
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Thursday, 26 April 2012 and Friday, 4 May 2012 both dates inclusive. Any
changes in the above dates will be announced on SENS.
