NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
No change statement
Shareholders are advised that Kumba`s audited condensed consolidated annual
financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2011, which are included in
the abridged integrated report, will be distributed to shareholders on 30 March
2012 and contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on
SENS on 9 February 2012. The Company`s full annual financial statements together
with the integrated report and sustainable development report for the year ended
31 December 2011 will be published on the Company`s website,
www.angloamericankumba.com, at 09:00am on 30 March 2012.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the sixth annual general meeting of shareholders
will be held at the Kumba Corporate Office, Centurion Gate, 124 Akkerboom Road,
Centurion on Friday, 4 May 2012 at 10:00am, to transact the business as stated
in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the abridged integrated
report.
