incorporating the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December
2011, was dispatched on Friday, 30 March 2012, and contains no changes from the
audited results which were published on SENS on 8 February 2012.
The integrated report contains a notice of annual general meeting for Resilient,
which will be held at the company`s registered office, 4th Floor, Rivonia
