published on 2 March 2012, shareholders are advised that the integrated annual
report was posted today.
The integrated annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned
published reviewed financial results.
Notice of the Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting ("AGM") of Howden`s shareholders will be held at
12:00 on Wednesday, 30 May 2012 at the registered office,
1A Booysens Road, Booysens, Johannesburg, to transact the business as stated in
the notice of the AGM forming part of the integrated annual report.
