CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that there are new developments relating to the
Company, the full impact of which is currently being determined, and which may
have a material effect on the price of the Company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
Furthermore, in terms of paragraphs 3.16 and 3.20 of the Listings Requirements
of JSE Limited ("the JSE"), a company is required to publish and distribute
provisional annual financial statements ("provisional results") to
shareholders within three months of its financial year end. As a result of
certain factors affecting the finalisation of the provisional results of 1time
for the year ended 31 December 2011, the Company will be unable to publish and
distribute these to shareholders prior to 31 March 2012.
The Company will endeavour to publish and distribute its results to
shareholders by no later than 26 April 2012, and the JSE has been notified
accordingly.
