RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of RACEC held on
Thursday, 29 March 2012, all the resolutions set out in the notice of annual
general meeting were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
