NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2011 were posted to shareholders today and contain no
modifications to the audited results that were published on SENS on 16 March
2012. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the results and the annual financial
statements of the Group and the Company and their report is available for
inspection at the registered offices of the Company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be
held at 08h30 on Tuesday, 15 May 2011, at Control Instruments Automotive, 59
Merino Avenue, City Deep, Johannesburg to transact business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting.
