NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the results reflected in the annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2011, included in the annual report to
be posted in the week ending 13 April 2012, contains no changes from the audited
results which were released on SENS on Tuesday, 27 March 2012.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Iliad will be held at
13h00 on Thursday, 31 May 2012 at Iliad House, Thornhill Office Park, 94 Bekker
Road, Vorna Valley, Midrand. The notice of annual general meeting is issued with
the annual report, which contains the annual financial statements of Iliad for
the year ended 31 December 2011.
Shareholders are further advised that the annual report, which contains the
annual financial statements of Iliad for the year ended 31 December 2011, will
be available on its website (www.iliadafrica.co.za) from 31 March 2012.
