Old Mutual PLC ("OML") announced a share consolidation of 7 for 8 shares on 14
March 2012 ("the Announcement") which will be effective from 23 April 2012.
As a result of the Announcement the ESPIBT basket will be adjusted accordingly,
therefore the current holding of 6 OML shares will be adjusted to 5 OML shares.
Notwithstanding the above, there will be no change to the valuation of the
investment as a result of the corporate action as the formula used to determine
the put strike price will remain unchanged.
