TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITON OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN COMBINED UNITS
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 and
regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, unitholders
are advised that the company has received notification from Investec Asset
Management Holdings (Proprietary) Limited (in respect of various portfolios
/ clients) ("IAM") of the acquisition by IAM of Hyprop combined units, such
that IAM now has a beneficial interest in 5.83% of Hyprop`s combined units.
