Change in particulars of non-executive directors
In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, SABMiller plc announces the following
changes in the particulars of two non-executive directors.
Mr Cyril Ramaphosa has joined the board of Optimum Coal Holdings Limited with
effect from 26 March 2012. Optimum Coal Holdings Limited is listed on the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
Ms Lesley Knox has today stepped down from the board of Alliance Trust plc.
Alliance Trust plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
