NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF ORDINARY SHARES FINAL DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31
DECEMBER 2011
Notice is hereby given that the final gross dividend for the year ended 31
December 2011 of 221 cents per share in respect of the ordinary shares has
been declared from income reserves, payable to all ordinary shareholders
recorded in the books of Liberty Holdings Limited at the close of business on
Thursday, 26 April 2012. The dividend will be subject to a local dividend tax
rate of 15% which will result in a net dividend, to those shareholders who
are not exempt from paying dividend tax, of 189 cents per share. The
dividend, payable in South African currency, will be paid on Monday, 30 April
2012. The issued share capital of the Company as at declaration date is
R23,850,197.75 and the number of shares in issue is 286,202,373. STC tax
credits utilized for this dividend amount to R16,921,104.59.

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised from Friday,

Where applicable, in terms of instructions received by the company from
certificated shareholders, the payment of the dividend will be made
electronically to shareholders` bank accounts on payment date. In the absence
of specific mandates, cheques will be posted to shareholders. Shareholders
who have de-materialised their shares will have their accounts with their
CSDP or broker credited on Monday, 30 April 2012.
