DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - QUARTER ENDED 31 MARCH 2012
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Pty) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited, respectively) have resolved
to make a distribution to holders of Satrix 40 securities recorded in the
register in respect of the quarter ended 31 March 2012. This distribution will:
Be an amount of 13.86 cents (R0.1386) per Satrix 40 security;
Be constituted by:
- 13.57 cents in respect of dividends; and
- 0.01 cents in respect of interest;
- 0.28 cents in respect of scrip lending income;
Be made to all holders of Satrix 40 securities recorded in the register on
Friday, 30 March 2012; and
Be effected on 11 April 2012.
