the year ended 31 December 2011 was published on the Company`s website
(www.palabora.co.za) and dispatched to shareholders on Friday, 30 March 2012.
As the reviewed financial information published on SENS on 6 February 2012
remains unchanged, the Company will not be issuing an abridged report.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of shareholders
will be held at the Company`s registered office, 1 Copper Road, Phalaborwa on
Tuesday, 5 June 2012 at 09h00 to transact the business as stated in the notice
of the AGM forming part of the Annual Report.
