of 2002.
DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT - MONTH ENDED 30 APRIL 2012 ("NOTIONAL DISTRIBUTION
NO.3")
Notice is hereby given that on or before 18 May 2012, the amount of the notional
distribution, if any, to be distributed by and re-invested into the NEWFUNDS
TRACI 3 MONTH ETF, will be declared.
In accordance with the investment policy of the NEWFUNDS TRACI 3 MONTH ETF, all
distributions received by the ETF on its Index Constituents (as defined in the
Portfolio Supplement dated 12 January 2012) are re-invested on behalf of
investors via the purchase by the ETF of additional Index Constituents (in the
weightings of the TRACI 3 MONTH Index), thereby increasing proportionately the
net asset value of each participatory interest in the NEWFUNDS TRACI 3 MONTH
ETF.
