RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with section 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited ("Listings Requirements"), shareholders are hereby notified that Ms. A.
de Villiers has given notice of termination of her employment as Group Company
Secretary, effective 30 June 2012. Ms. de Villiers will continue to perform her
duties as Company Secretary up to the termination date.
