STXNNE - Nedbank Limited - Final distribution announcement in relation to the
STX40 Share Instalment

FINAL DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE STX40 SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the distribution amount payable for SATRIX 40 and that
as a result of the distribution declaration relating to SATRIX 40 (STX40) the
Trustees of the STX40 Share Instalment have declared an amount of 13.86 cents
per STXNNE share instalment that is payable on Wednesday, 11 April 2012.
The distribution amount is constituted by:
- 13.57 cents in respect of dividends;
- 0.01 cents in respect of interest; and
- 0.28 cents in respect of scrip lending income.
The last day to trade cum-distribution was Friday, 23 March 2012. The share
instalment commenced trading ex-distribution Monday, 26 March 2012 and the
record date was Friday, 30 March 2012.
