DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON REMGRO LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("REMIDI")
The Directors of Remgro Limited have declared an interim dividend of 126 cents
payable on Monday, 23 April 2012 to ordinary holders recorded in the books of
the company at the close of business on Friday, 20 April 2012.
Accordingly, the holders of REMIDI will receive a Remgro Limited interim
dividend of 126 cents per security on, Monday, 23 April 2012 in terms of the
Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec
Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the interest dividend) in order to
participate in the interim cash dividend will be Friday, 13 April 2012.
REMIDI Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the interest
dividend from the commencement of business on Monday, 16 April 2012, and the
record date will be Friday, 20 April 2012.
