In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Altron
hereby confirms that the company has received a notice in terms of Section 122
of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008).
Element Investment Managers (Pty) Limited has informed Altron that they have
sold 2.48% of their beneficial interest in the company.
Following the notice on 2 April 2012, Element Investment Managers (Pty) Limited
now holds 8.94% of the participating preference share capital of the Company.
