RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Mpho Scott, the lead independent director of
the company, has resigned with effect from 2 April 2012. This resignation comes
as a result of the changes occurring within the Company with respect to the
change in control as included in the offer circular prepared by the offeror
dated 19 March 2012 as well as due to an increase in work schedule pressures
that Mr Scott is experiencing.
The company wishes to thank Mr Scott for the wealth of experience and contacts
he has brought to the company over his tenure and wish him the best in his
future endeavours.
The company will address the appointment of a new lead independent director in
due course to ensure compliance with King III and the JSE Limited`s Listings
Requirements.
