DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML) shares, the holders of OMLSTF share instalments will
receive a OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML) dividend of 43.05 cents per Instalment. Please
note a 15% dividend withholding tax (DWT) will be applicable to non-exempt
warrant holders resulting in a net payment of 36.59 cents per Instalment.
Last date to trade cum dividend Friday, 13/04/2012
Ex-dividend Date Monday, 16/04/2012
Record Date Friday, 20/04/2012
Payment Date Thursday, 07/06/2012
