DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for OLD MUTUAL PLC and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
43.05 cents per OMLNNA share instalment that is payable on Thursday, 07 June
2012. The dividend is subject to local tax of 15 percent, resulting in a net
dividend of 36.59 cents per share. The payment will be rounded to two decimal
places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 13 April 2012. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 16 April 2012. The
record date will be Friday, 20 April 2012.
