OMLNII - Nedbank Limited - Dividend distribution announcement in relation to
the OML share instalment

DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for OLD MUTUAL PLC and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
43.05 cents per OMLNII share instalment that is payable on Thursday, 07 June
2012. The dividend is subject to local tax of 15 percent, resulting in a net
dividend of 36.59 cents per share. The payment will be rounded to two
decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 13 April 2012. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 16 April 2012. The
record date will be Friday, 20 April 2012.
