Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements to the effect that
the Company intends to delist from the Alternative Exchange of the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") and are advised that the board of
directors has resolved to not pursue the delisting of the Company from the
JSE at this point in time.
