CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT: CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Following the results of the Annual General Meeting announcement published
on SENS on 5 April 2012, shareholders are advised, for clarity, that
ordinary resolution 5 contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting
approved the retirement of Mrs EM Greenblatt, who did not offer herself for
re-election, as a non-executive director of the Company. The effective date
of her retirement as a director was 5 April 2012.
